Cute little local cafe, the type that’s the lifeblood of a local area. The menu is limited here but that’s understandable in such a whist spot. The snacks are good anyway. My brekkie roll was very tasty. A very nicely done egg with plenty of bacon and some nice chutney. And the roll itself was a cracker and toasted to absolute perfection, much better than the dull soft white ones that you often gets. My coffee was pleasant too. The service was pleasant here and it was thoroughly nice to sit outside in the warm morning sun

In the area for a getaway with my girlfriend and she found this great spot on google with a high rating. So glad we stopped in for a late brunch! Had the Beef Burgundy pie and my girlfriend had the Beef, Pepper and Mushroom. Both homemade with a delicious side of potato salad, easily the best pies I’ve tasted in a looong time! I can understand why the pie warmers nearly empty by 10am, well worth it! They make a delicious coffee, and their range of homemade treats makes for a tricky choice on what to indulge on, and when to stop Very happy with our choice of Banana bread, Hot Cross bun (it would’ve indeed been rude not too! ) and PB Yo-yo (sadly they didn’t last long enough for a photo). All of this with great service that made for great start to our day! And thanks for the Cape Shanck Lighthouse recommendation, we had a awesome, spontaneous little adventure that made our day! For the record, even though we didn’t indulge in the salted chocolate treat this time, salted chocolate is delicious, regardless of what some people think! Props for how you both handled that

One bite of that vanilla slice and I was gone. This little café is almost too cute for words. If I didn’t live 70km away, I’d be there every weekend without question.

I absolutely loved our experience at The Hidden Kitchen in Sorrento! The customer service was outstanding. A very thoughtful waiter seated us right next to the play table with toys, which was a lifesaver with our toddler. And the food? Amazing! The flavours were so tasty, and the combinations were truly unique. Highly recommend!
